Refund policy

You have 7 days from arrival to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags/packaging, and free of scents, marks, or damage. Start by contacting us at enigma.fit.eg@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds will take up to 14 business days to reflect.

Note: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. An additional 30 EGP convenience fee will also be applied to all return or exchange requests.
